Chips of glass set into lucite: Face is smooth, back has texture from glass chips

The glass chips are not sharp.  

Very unique piece- unknown maker.  Really sparkles under light! 

Mask is 8.5" H x 6" W x 2.5"D  On stand measures 9.5" H  Lucite stand is 4"x4"x.5"
