Made in Italy for Raymor 1960's vivid green and white pedestal urn/vase.
The finial on the lid appears to have been broken off at some point and glued back on. It is not very noticeable, however price is reduced due to damage. (see image)
You can also just use as a vase if the crack bothers you :)
